This role is about creating new relationships, not maintaining existing ones. It requires someone who is energized by travel, enjoys engaging directly with customers, and knows how to turn technical capability into commercial success.

XIVER is an independent deep technology company specializing in advanced MEMS, heterogeneous integration, and microfabrication capabilities for high performance applications.
The company has successfully evolved from a research driven center into an entrepreneurial, commercially focused organization. Today, more than one hundred specialized engineers work on technologies that enable next generation performance across semiconductor, sensing, medical, and advanced industrial markets.
Our capabilities include heterogeneous integration, co packaged photonics, advanced MEMS structures, and wafer level microfabrication. These are not standard products. Customers come to XIVER for expertise, precision, and solutions that cannot be sourced elsewhere.

THE ROLE
You are responsible for driving new business growth and expanding XIVER’s customer base. Your primary focus is to identify, approach, and win new strategic customers globally. This role involves frequent travel, meeting customers on site, understanding their challenges, and building relationships that lead to long-term commercial engagements.
You will:
• Identify and open new strategic accounts across high-tech industries
• Travel internationally to engage customers and develop new business opportunities
• Lead complex sales processes from initial engagement through negotiation and agreement
• Position XIVER’s capabilities as solutions to critical customer challenges
• Engage with technical and executive stakeholders to build trust and credibility
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate customer needs into solutions
• Help strengthen and further develop the company’s commercial approach
Your success will be measured by your ability to create new opportunities and convert them into meaningful business.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a natural builder and a proven new business leader.
You are comfortable operating in technical environments and know how to create opportunities by engaging customers directly. You do not wait for business to come to you. You go out and create it.
You bring:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline
• A strong track record in new business development and closing complex technical deals
• Experience selling engineering services, technical solutions, or advanced manufacturing capabilities
• A willingness and ability to travel regularly to meet customers
• Strong ownership mentality and entrepreneurial drive
• The ability to build trust and close business in complex environments
