To support this growth, we are strengthening our commercial operations with a fulltime (40h) Commercial Support Officer
Your mission
As Commercial Support Officer you are part of the commercial team. You be responsible for managing customer interactions, sales processes, and marketing activities. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth commercial operations and effective communication with customers and partners. You will be working as the connector and facilitator between different teams and that makes this role much fun and interesting!
You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, sales managers, application engineers and marketing partners to support the growth of SCIL’s global business.
Key Responsibilities as Commercial Support Officer
Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries
Prepare quotations, marketing materials, presentations, sales reports and other product- and marketing documents
Maintain and update the CRM system, our website and social media outlets
Track customer interactions with follow-up actions, so we monitor and track leads and customer opportunities
Preparate and coordinate trade shows, conferences, industy events, customer visits, technical workshops and webinars
Help manage marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
Coordinate internal communication between sales, marketing, and engineering teams
What do you need as Commercial Support Officer
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communications
At least 2 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or commercial administration. Experience in a high-tech or international business environment is a plus
You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, can be described as proactive and have a detail-oriented work style
As a person you can easily switch between tasks and manage multiple priorities. Your way of working is highly organized and structured
You are a fluent and strong communicator in English. Knowledge of the Dutch language is nice to have, but not a must
Experienced with working in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
You are a service-oriented person and a true collaborator
Curiousity and eagerness to learn about advanced technology is highly appreciated for this role
