Electronics Engineer
Shape the electronics behind cleaner agriculture: design scalable PCB and control systems, solve real-world challenges, and influence the complete electrical architecture at VitalFluid.
Electronics Engineer at VitalFluid
Build the electronics behind a technology that's changing agriculture.
Ten machines next year. Many more after that.
At VitalFluid, we use plasma technology to help farmers grow food without chemicals. Our machines are already deployed in real agricultural environments, and we are scaling up quickly. The challenge now is not whether the technology works. It does.
The challenge is building the next generation of electronics that makes it more reliable, more scalable and easier to manufacture.
That's where you come in.
At VitalFluid, you'll work on the control electronics that sit at the heart of our plasma systems. You'll redesign aging hardware, develop new PCB architectures and help shape the electrical future of a machine platform that is evolving rapidly.
Not in a huge corporate where you're responsible for a single board or small subsystem.
Here, you'll influence the complete electrical architecture.
Your role
You'll work on the control electronics that sit at the heart of our machines. You'll redesign aging hardware, develop new PCB architectures and help shape the electrical future of a machine platform that is evolving.
Not in a huge corporate where you're responsible for a single board or small subsystem.
Here, you'll influence the complete electrical architecture by:
Designing and improving PCBs for control systems, interfaces, and machine electronics;
Validating schematics, layouts, and component selections with manufacturability and reliability in mind;
Working on power electronics and electrical subsystems that support VitalFluid's plasma technology;
Investigating alternative components to improve availability, reduce costs, and eliminate single-source risks;
Collaborating with embedded software engineers on microcontroller integration and communication interfaces;
Defining test procedures and validating designs before they move into production;
Troubleshooting electrical issues on prototypes and deployed systems.
Contributing to a more modular and scalable machine architecture
Who we’re looking for
We're looking for an experienced electronics engineer who enjoys solving practical engineering challenges. You're somebody who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and enjoys turning complex technical challenges into robust solutions.
You probably bring:
Around 5+ years of experience in electronics development;
Strong PCB design experience, from schematic to layout;
Experience with microcontrollers and industrial communication interfaces;
A structured engineering mindset and the confidence to work independently;
Experience with compliance, EMC or industrial environments is a plus;
Exposure to power electronics or high-voltage systems is welcome, but not essential.
Why VitalFluid
We are building technology that helps growers reduce their dependence on chemical crop protection. That's a meaningful challenge.
But for engineers, the attraction goes even deeper.
You'll join a team that combines scientific innovation with practical engineering. The technology is already working in the real world. Now we're making it scalable.
And you'll have a major say in how that happens.
